Now I've increased the number of CPUs available to the guest back up to 16, the maximum available under Machine settings->System->Processor is 32.After reading about some older issues, I decided to reduce the number of CPUs available to the guest to 1, and then it ran for days without issue. Now I'm trying to run a Windows 10 Pro å4 guest, 32GB RAM and 16 CPUs, but it keeps freezing. I'm running Ubuntu 16.04 å4 on a HP640 host, 64GB RAM and 2 CPUs, 20 cores, 40 threads in total (the CPUs are Intel Xeon E5-2630 v4 CPUs, each with 10 cores/20 threads). ![]()
